Job Description:
Communicate with users for Incident clarification/resolution.
Coordinate with Onshore team for Requirement clarification for Enhancements.
Documenting the Requirements/Technical Design, Coding and Unit Testing.
Lead and assist team members in technical and functional aspects of Project.
Manage and track Shift Roster, Incident Tracker and Assignment tracker.
Help in collation of Metrics data and weekly status report.
Coordinate with Onshore team for Requirement clarification for Enhancements.
Documenting the Requirements/Technical Design, Coding and Unit Testing.
Lead and assist team members in technical and functional aspects of Project.

Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, APIs.
Knowledge of DB2/400.
Sound knowledge of the concept of triggers, logical files, IFS, Data Areas and Data Queues.
Basic knowledge of Java APIs, environment variables, clusters, Tomcat configurations.
Experience on Production Support & Knowledge of ITIL Concepts.
Basic Knowledge SFTP, native FTP.
Good Communication Skill & Confidence level.
Person should be flexible to work in Shifts in 24x7 support model.
Good Analytical Skills.
